Common questions

How do I get started? Sign in with Google or Apple, then follow the setup guide: add your kids, pick your screen-time hours, and choose how they earn. You can rerun the guide any time from Settings.

Can we use it on more than one device? Yes. Sign in with the same account on the family iPad and on your phone, and everything stays in sync. Other grown-ups can join your family through an invite in Settings.

Does it lock our TV or console? No. Earnimals keeps track of the time and counts down; you still switch the screen off. That's on purpose: it's about kids earning time, not about watching them.

How do I delete my account? In the iPhone/iPad app, open Grown-ups → Settings → Delete account & all data. This permanently removes your family's data. See our privacy policy.
